"Cute Pricing, Not-So-Cute Value"
I mean, I guess if you enjoy paying premium prices for a average experience, this might be your thing. For me, the cost felt way too high for what I actually got, and the value just wasn’t really there. But hey, maybe I’m just old-fashioned and expect the price to make sense.

"Ordering was fine, I guess"
The checkout part went through without any issues, so that was good. I don’t know… nothing really stood out. After I placed the order, the updates came in a bit slower than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but overall it was okay.

"Shipping took way too long"
My order took much longer to arrive than I expected. I get that delays happen, but it doesn’t feel right to leave customers waiting that long without better communication.

"Helpful support, even if I jumped to conclusions"
I had a little issue with my order and, i kind of assumed right away that it was going to be a hassle. I messaged packturtle support and they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise. They explained what was happening and kept me in the loop while it got sorted out. It did take an extra day, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but they were polite the whole time. Overall, good experience and I’d order from them again

"Good quality, just not perfect"
I ordered from packturtle.com the quality was good, really good overall. The material feels sturdy, it matched the photos well, and nothing about it felt cheap or flimsy at all.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one small part had a tiny mark on it, but it wasn’t a big deal, not a big deal. For the price, I still think it was worth it, and I’d probably order again.

"Way too much plastic, and it felt brushed off"
I was disappointed with how much plastic packaging came with this. I try to be mindful about waste, so it was frustrating to see so much of it. When I raised it, it kind of felt like my concern wasn’t really taken seriously, which made the experience even more disappointing.
